The new MINI chooses GitiSynergy H2 as its first factory fitment.
Size 195/55R16 91W XL, officially approved by BMW Group.
Developed in Hanover, tested in Germany, Spain & the UK (MIRA).
The collaboration between Giti Tire and BMW focuses on safe driving for owners of the premium brand.
Based on official information provided by Giti Tire, the brand-new MINI will be factory-fitted with the GitiSynergy H2 tire in size 195/55R16 91W XL.
This decision marks an important step in Giti Tire’s collaboration with the BMW Group, as the GitiSynergy H2 successfully passed extremely strict tests to meet the premium performance standards set by the manufacturer.
Note: A first factory fitment means the tire is installed directly on the production line and delivered with the vehicle to the new owner.
The tire will carry the special * symbol on the sidewall, which indicates official BMW approval for use on MINI models.
Designed for compact and family cars, crossovers, and small SUVs, the GitiSynergy H2 offers, according to the company’s statement:
-Maximum safety and confidence, even in everyday driving.
-High energy efficiency, reducing fuel consumption.
-Precise handling and stability, even at higher speeds.
The GitiSynergy H2 was developed at Giti Tire’s European Research & Development Center in Hanover, Germany.
Testing was conducted at the world-renowned MIRA facility in the United Kingdom, as well as on specialized test tracks in Germany and Spain.

In Greece, Giti tires are distributed by D. Fragoulopoulos S.A., which also represents Nexen and Leao, through a wide network of tire dealers and service centers.
